Choices and Outcomes: Vision with out Execution is a Hallucination

Quote:

If you are working on something exciting that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed, the vision pulls you”

~Steve Job

Lesson:

In several episodes Scott and Brad have discussed the power of having a strong vision, or purpose. This episode of Choices and Outcomes is about the importance of vision.

Vision is what allows us to craft worthy goals, and work our tails off to achieve them. Vision allows you to see, in the future, what is possible. Vision gives hope, and a path.

Here is the linear picture of vision:

Vision → Values → Beliefs → Successful Behavior

By having a strong vision, getting clear on what you value, and really living by your beliefs, you will create successful behavior.

The alternative:

Feelings → Behavior

By not having a path to travel you are likely living in your feelings, and drifting through your life. This leads to suspect behavior, and constant climbing mountains only to fall down.

Build a strong vision for your life!!
