Lesson:

Is 2015 going to be the year you create success in your life? It starts with setting SMART goals, and taking action toward achieving those goals every day. Scott and Brad discuss how they set goals, and review their goals from 2014.

Here is the process we use to create successful goals.

Write down your goals:

There is something special that happens when you write down your goals. By writing down your goals it creates accountability in the process.

Create SMART Goals:

Specific – Create goals that highlight the exact outcome you are seeking to achieve

Measurable – Choose goals that you can measure over time.

Achievable – Creating goals that make sense and gives the system the opportunity to achieve the goals

Realistic – Build goals that fit inside your resources, knowledge, and time

Time Bound – Give the goal a time limit

Find an accountability partner:

Having a peer or mentor that will hold you accountable to achieve your goals, and discuss your goals on a regular schedule. Weekly would be the best schedule.

Happy New Year!!!! Let’s make 2015 a great year!

You know so much its almost tough to argue with you (not that I really would want
to…HaHa). You definitely put a new spin on a topic that’s been written about for a long time.
